As our Client Partner, you’ll be at the heart of this. You’ll foster strong relationships, spot new opportunities and help clients find the expertise they need, together with the Beam team.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop trust-based relationships with clients and consultants

  • Spot new needs and help bring in HR interim management assignments

  • Match HR leaders with the right interim managers, with support from our team

  • Stay involved throughout the assignments, offering guidance and follow-up

  • Work closely with the Managing Partner and team to shape our growth

  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing and learning within our community
