ORGANIZATION

YOUR ROLE

  • You ensure operational follow-up for the fleet: fuel/charging cards, technical checks, fines, recalls, winter and summer tires, insurance, etc.

  • You liaise with external vendors.

  • You report on fleet data and stay abreast of changes in legislation and taxation.

  • You liaise with the colleagues from payroll.

  • You advise internal colleagues on budget, tax-related costs, using the tool to order new cars, electric cars and charging stations, etc.

  • You participate in the weekly HR meetings to discuss newcomers, leavers, who can order a new car, and other topics.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have experience with in-house Fleet management.

PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: Freelance

  • Work regime:  2 days a week, flexible to choose

  • Location: Brussels and remote

  • 3 to 6 months
