Our client is an international organization active in the industrial sector.
YOUR ROLE
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes, ensuring they align with the company’s culture and legal standards.
- Oversee headcount and labor cost budgeting, monthly HR reports, and budget variance analysis.
- Consolidate and analyze personnel data across regions; collaborate with payroll, HR leaders, and finance for accurate forecasting and allocations.
- Manage HR budgeting and reporting and act as the go-to expert for all personnel expense matters.
- Develop and enhance HR dashboards and planning tools by forecasting scenarios for headcount and labor costs.
- Serve as the primary contact for audits and lead process improvements in HR and controlling operations.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a passion for HR data, paired with strong analytical skills.
- You have strong communication skills and communicate easily with stakeholders.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting (e.g., PowerBI) is a must.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in Dutch or French.
PRACTICAL
- Contract type: Freelance
- Work regime: 2 to 3 days per week
- Location: Brussels
