ORGANIZATION

Belgian, growing company active in the industrial sector.

YOUR ROLE

As a hands-on HR Manager ad interim, you will ensure the continuity of HR operations while driving strategic improvements. Your responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary HR contact for white- and blue-collar employees and management.

  • Managing HR processes with a focus on compliance and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Reviewing and refining HR frameworks, including workplace regulations (e.g., fleet and mobility policies), employment contracts, and compensation structures.

  • Optimizing HR tools and systems to enhance efficiency and data management.

  • Coordinating talent management initiatives and contributing to recruitment and retention strategies for key roles.

  • Collaborating with teams to improve workflows and foster employee engagement.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Solid background in HR management or as an HR Business Partner.

  • Practical knowledge and experience with operational HR tasks and projects.

  • Good understanding of Belgian labor law regulations.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Fluent in Dutch and French.

PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: Freelance

  • Duration: Estimated 6 months

  • Work regime: 3, 4 or 5 days per week

  • Location: Southwest of Antwerp, with occasional travel and the option to work from home
