YOUR ROLE

In this pivotal position as an HR Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape and implement a comprehensive HR framework while actively contributing to daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the go-to HR contact for both blue-collar and white-collar employees and management.

  • Designing and executing HR policies, processes, and tools, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic objectives and legal standards.

  • Selecting, implementing, and optimizing HR systems to streamline operations and ensure accurate data management.

  • Taking charge of talent initiatives, including recruitment, retention, and professional development programs, ensuring a strong and growing workforce.

  • Managing compensation and benefits activities, such as crafting salary structures, processing payroll, and enhancing employee reward programs.

  • Actively collaborating with teams to improve workflows and contribute to the company’s growth and success.

YOUR PROFILE

To excel in this role, you bring:

  • Proven experience in HR management or as a trusted HR Business Partner.

  • Strong operational skills and the ability to lead hands-on HR projects and tasks.

  • A structured and detail-oriented approach to work.

  • Proficiency in Dutch and French to effectively communicate across the organization.

PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: Freelance

  • Work regime: 3, 4, or 5 days per week

  • Duration: 6 to 12 months

  • Location: East of Antwerp
