YOUR ROLE

  • You support HR and payroll in administration.

  • You handle all incoming employee questions concerning maternity leave, working hours, compensation, and other HR-related topics.

  • You handle onboarding and offboarding, ensuring employees receive all necessary explanations about HR documents, legislation, etc.

  • You assist with recruitment, talent management, and the effective onboarding process.

  • You manage limited administrative tasks and ensure accuracy in documentation.

  • You support all levels of the organization by being a reliable point of contact for HR-related queries.

  • You guide employees through different channels of information to ensure clarity and accessibility.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have relevant experience in an HR administration function.

  • You are supportive and have a warm and welcoming appearance.

  • You have knowledge of social law to respond to the questions from employees.

  • You are fluent in Dutch, and good knowledge of French, and English.

PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: freelance

  • Work regime: 4 or 5 days

  • Duration: 3 months to start with

  • Location: Brussels and remote
