As a Freelance HR Transformation Manager, you will:

Lead and coach the payroll and time management team, ensuring efficient daily operations, accurate monthly reporting, and continuous team development.
Resolve complex issues related to HR and payroll while maintaining strict compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Optimize processes by reviewing and refining procedures to align with hospital and broader network standards.
Drive strategic Implementation by analyzing market solutions and guiding the selection and integration of an advanced HR system by 2026.
Report to the HR Director, providing strategic insights and contributing to the overall transformation vision.

Proven crisis and transformation management expertise, particularly in HR and payroll functions.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and delivering results in complex settings.
Change-ready mindset, combining collaboration and results-driven focus to navigate transformation confidently.
Bilingual proficiency in French and Dutch and excellent communication skills.
