ORGANIZATION

An innovative, leading company in the construction sector, located South of Brussels.

YOUR ROLE

As a Freelance Payroll Specialist you will be pivotal in managing payroll and personnel administration for all Belgian sites. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking ownership of the entire payroll process for blue- and white-collar employees, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

  • Collaborating closely with the social secretariat and reporting directly to the HR Manager.

  • Handling comprehensive personnel administration, including time tracking, interim workforce coordination, and training management.

  • Managing essential HR documentation, drafting employment contracts, and overseeing insurance processes.

  • Preparing and delivering monthly payroll reports, including gross-to-net analyses and headcount tracking.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have relevant experience in payroll management, with exposure to both blue- and white collar staff.

  • You have a solid understanding of Belgian social legislation.

  • You possess exceptional organizational skills with a proactive, hands-on attitude.

  • You well-versed in Excel and have experience with eBlox payroll software.

  • You are fluent in Dutch and French, enabling smooth communication across the organization.

  • Work Schedule: 4 to 5 days per week

  • Duration: 6 months

  • Location: South of Brussels
