An innovative, leading company in the construction sector, located South of Brussels.
YOUR ROLE
As a Freelance Payroll Specialist you will be pivotal in managing payroll and personnel administration for all Belgian sites. Your key responsibilities will include:
Taking ownership of the entire payroll process for blue- and white-collar employees, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Collaborating closely with the social secretariat and reporting directly to the HR Manager.
Handling comprehensive personnel administration, including time tracking, interim workforce coordination, and training management.
Managing essential HR documentation, drafting employment contracts, and overseeing insurance processes.
Preparing and delivering monthly payroll reports, including gross-to-net analyses and headcount tracking.
YOUR PROFILE
You have relevant experience in payroll management, with exposure to both blue- and white collar staff.
You have a solid understanding of Belgian social legislation.
You possess exceptional organizational skills with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
You well-versed in Excel and have experience with eBlox payroll software.
You are fluent in Dutch and French, enabling smooth communication across the organization.
