YOUR ROLE
You develop and implement a strategic Talent Acquisition framework that aligns with long-term business needs.
You lead innovative, non-traditional sourcing strategies, including internal mobility, ecosystem hiring, and community-based recruitment.
You oversee the design and execution of hiring processes that prioritize skills-driven and future-focused talent acquisition.
You drive change management initiatives, equipping hiring teams with the tools and mindset to adopt a capability-driven approach.
You ensure strong stakeholder engagement through clear communication, progress tracking, and feedback loops to refine strategies in real time.
YOUR PROFILE
You have proven experience in Talent Acquisition with a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset.
You have a strong ability to think creatively and challenge traditional hiring models.
Experience in life sciences or pharma is strongly preferred.
You’re skilled in project-based recruitment and building hiring frameworks beyond operational TA.
You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
You are fluent in English and knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
PRACTICAL
Contract type: Freelance, approx. 6 months

Work regime: 4 to 5 days a week
Location: East Flanders / partly remote
